Small Group Training Description

The Ultimate Blitz

The Ultimate Blitz is a highly motivating, intensive and fun class that will focus on cardio respiratory endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance and flexibility.  Different variation principles will be used in this class to keep it safe and fun for all candidates.  You will be working with our Personal Trainer who will motivate and help you through the Ultimate Blitz challenge!  A maximum of 12 people per class.  First come first served! For more information about this program click here

BOOTY BARRE

This class combines barre work, power pilates, aerobics & yoga to help you stretch, strengthen & tone your muscles while improving posture & balance.  For more information about this program click here.
