The Blitz Bootcamp is a highly motivating, intensive and fun class that will focus on cardio respiratory endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance and flexibility. Different variation principles will be used in this class to keep it safe and fun for all candidates. You will be working with our Personal Trainer who will motivate and help you through the Bootcamp! A maximum of 12 people per class. First come first served!
