Geoff Jagdfeld – Tennis Director

Geoff brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to New York.  Along with a bachelor’s degree in exercise physiology from Michigan State University, his expertise is due in part to his experience as a player and competitor of the game. He grew up in Michigan and was an All-State high school tennis player and competed for the Michigan State University men’s tennis team.

Geoff was formerly the Director of Tennis at the Nebraska Tennis Center in Lincoln Nebraska. Prior to his stint in the Mid-West he was the Director of junior tennis, adult leagues and platform tennis at the Mid-Town Athletic Club in Rochester, New York for 13 years. Geoff was previously the Junior Competition Training Center Head Coach, Regional Junior Tournament Director, Ranking Chairperson and Junior Competition Board Member for the Eastern Section of the USTA.

Geoff has extensive experience coaching team tennis. He coached Collegiate Tennis at St. John Fisher College, Boy’s & Girl’s tennis at Hartland High School and many USTA adult teams to Regional, Sectional and National titles.

In addition he is a USTA High Performance Coach. The aim of the high performance coaching program is to elevate local area junior tennis players in the United States with the intent of facilitating the development of world-class American tennis champions.

Steve has worked with Nick Bollettieri in Dorado Beach Puerto Rico. He has taught tennis at the world famous Gardiners Tennis Ranch in Carmel Valley, California and Camelback in Scottsdale, Arizona with over 30 years experience he has held positions as a Tennis Instructor, Staff Professional, Head Professional, Director of Tennis and Club Manager. He has experience in exclusive country clubs, world class destination resorts and high end mega clubs. Steve has his own tennis consulting business and is currently the regional representative for Xpoint Sports, 24/7 live to web league management system. He is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts in Amherst, MA where he has a BA in history and minor in English, art history and geology. Steve is an avid section hiker of the Appalachian Trail and has logged over 600 miles. He lives in Mt. Kisco with his wife Janice.

Larry is from New York City. He attended Wilberforce University in Ohio. Played on the tennis team. Both Singles and Doubles.
He has over 30 years of teaching tennis experience in his background. From Club Med to Mount Vernon Tennis Center. He has taught Juniors and Adults in places like, Canada, Mexico and various US cities. As a player his highest ranking was #1 in the Men’s 35s American Tennis Association (ATA) One round away from National Teamtennis USTA 4.5 & 4.0 Seniors Doubles. He has won over one hundred tennis tournaments.

Luis was previously The Tennis Instructor of the IBM Fitness Center in Armonk, NY for 2 years. Luis has experience coaching team tennis. Luis coached Briarcliff High School Boy’s and Boy’s & Girl’s tennis at Valhalla High School. Luis works as a tennis Instructor at White Plains and Mt. Brad is a tennis professional at Solaris Sports Club in Yorktown Heights.  He is an instructor in several junior classes, actively involved in junior team tennis and coaches various teams through Solaris Sports Club.  In addition, Brad is an active member of the USPTA.  He has been coaching boys and girls tennis in the Rye Neck School District since 2010 and has been the head of tennis at Camp Mohawk since 2003.  Brad has also been giving private lessons to people of all ages over the past 20 years.
